An oilfield service company needed to develop its product
development strategy. We assisted the firm to create
a strong, competitive repertoire. This engagement revealed
to the client that a substantial number of product-lines
had outlived their usefulness but were consuming resources
that could be better used in more profitable arenas.
We also identified product-line gaps, and recommended
product development priorities, with expected returns.
