Philosophy
We seek to solve problems
jointly with our clients, not for them. Our efforts are
collaborative,
leveraging the clients' knowledge of their businesses
with our knowledge in effective business development
and growth. We seek to see the clients’ situation
through their eyes but interpret through the lenses of
our knowledge and perspectives.
We work with a team created with client company personnel.
To ensure the appropriate skills and knowledge, the team
consists of engineering, marketing, and sales resources
from the firm- customer facing people!
We work with the team and take the lead in planning
the assignment, maintaining a close working relationship
with client management, and bearing responsibility for
the quality of the final results. The team participates
in all phases: investigating the market (external or
internal), creating hypotheses, developing recommendations/plans,
and implementation.
We work closely with executives of the client organization
and the team. We seek to build consensus during every
phase to build understanding, acceptance, and support
for the recommendations and plans that evolve.
We ask that client personnel be made available to work
with us as full- or part-time members of the team. This
has many benefits. First, our productivity is multiplied
and costs to the client are reduced. Second, the commitment
developed by team members enhances the effectiveness
of the implementation phase. Finally, the training received
by team members is valuable, particularly during the
implementation phase. Additionally, when the project
is applied to other units of the organization, the training
and experience helps speed the process.
We do not believe our work is completed unless we have
helped the client take the necessary and cost-effective
steps to grow the company. Usually, this means that we
will assist in implementing the team's recommendations
and plan. Beyond that, our participation varies depending
on the need.
