tedious. Despite this, with limited resources and a
challenging market environment for technology solutions,
PointCross has succeeded in attracting as customers,
major energy companies like Royal Dutch/Shell, BP, Marathon
Oil Corporation, Canyon Express, Continental Carbon
and others.
Some of things
we did right were "Thought Leadership" (especially
in Project Management Processes), Strategic Marketing,
Superior Communications, Sales, and Support in the acquisition
and retention of these customers but at the end of the
day, PointCross' indefatigable employees - in Houston,
on the West Coast (of USA), and in India - and its champion
supporters in the customer community, made the biggest
difference.
